My love for papercrafting started with scrapbooking after my son was born over 11 years ago. Although I had never stamped before, when I attended my first Stampin' Up! workshop 8 years ago, I knew I was in trouble ;). I decided to become a Stampin' Up! demonstrator to get paid to do what I enjoy so much, even though I was not very familiar with running my own business. Stampin' Up! has been such a blessing to me and my family. My hobby has turned into a thriving business that helps support our family each month and lets this stay-at-home mom afford many fun extras, including bi-yearly trips to Convention and free cruises each year. I love introducing new stampers to Stampin' Up! and teaching new stamping techniques in my monthly classes. So many of my customers and demonstrators in my group have become personal friends, as cliche as that may sound. It just goes to show you what possibilities there are for you if you just keep your mind open to it!
I most like showing my customers quick simple cards that get a big wow due to good design, balance, and color coordination. Similar to most stampers, my stamping heats up around all the holidays, creating cards, gifts, and homemade items that are inexpensive but treasured. I love to stamp and create but usually use samples I have access to as inspiration.
